Job summary

Medivet Stevenage is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a collaborative, partner-led team. You will work with modern equipment, including a brand-new ultrasound system with 4-probe capability, to deliver high-quality diagnosis and patient care at our Stevenage branch.

You will be based in Stevenage with occasional cover at Stanstead Abbotts, contributing to clinical excellence, mentorship, and ongoing professional development within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified MRCVS with 2–3 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience with diagnostic imaging and surgical procedures desirable.
• Commitment to outstanding client care and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional clinical care to patients in consults and surgery.

• Digital X-ray
• Dental X-ray
• Doppler and oscillometer blood pressure monitoring

About you

You\'re a qualified MRCVS with at least 2–3 years’ post-qualification experience, a passion for clinical excellence, and a commitment to outstanding client care. You\'re a collaborative team player who wants to make a real difference in a practice that values, supports, and invests in its people. The role will be primarily based at our Stevenage branch, although you will be happy to work occasionally from our Stanstead Abbots branch when required to support the wider team and client needs. Typically, in this role, you’ll:
