Job Description

Introduction

Our Client is a corporately owned practice situated in the rural market town of Melton Mowbray and is looking for a passionate and confident veterinary surgeon with an interest in leadership and mentoring.

Working Hours / Rota

Full time and part time hours considered

No weekends

No OOH

Salary up to £60,000 FTE

Role Description

The role offers a blend of consult and surgical days, tailored to individual preference. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading clinical discussions, arranging vet meetings and clinical audits, and mentoring colleagues. Administrative responsibilities are supported by an experienced practice manager. Flexibility and autonomy are key features of this position.

Team Size

Team includes a small group of vets supported by experienced nursing and admin staff.

RCVS accredited practice located in a scenic rural town known for its strong local client base. The practice prioritizes evidence-based medicine and exceptional client and patient care.
