Base pay range

The Package

• 6.6 weeks annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays, pro rata)
• Company sick pay (2 weeks full pay, 2 weeks half pay, then statutory sick pay, pro rata)

• One additional membership (e.g., BVA, BSAVA) covered

Job Description

Our Client is a corporately owned practice seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join their RCVS-accredited small animal practice.

The role is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with 20-40 hours per week. The shift pattern and hours are negotiable, with no OOH or weekend shifts, ensuring a strong work-life balance.

The team consists of two experienced vets and a proactive nursing team dedicated to high-quality patient care. The practice is part of a larger veterinary group, offering access to a range of additional benefits and resources.

Responsibilities include conducting consultations, performing routine and surgical procedures, and ensuring excellent patient care. Daily operations are scheduled to allow dedicated time for calls and same-day emergencies.

The practice is located in a converted barn and features two consult rooms, a full operating theatre, digital X-ray, ultrasound, and in-house lab machines.
