Veterinary Surgeon - Hertfordshire

• Salary up to £65,000 DOE
• 2-5 days a week; no weekends or OOHs
• Sole charge
• CPD and certificate support
• Modern, independent practice

Purovets has an exciting opportunity for an experienced veterinary surgeon to join a small team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about animal care. You will be working at a modern, independent practice with all the equipment you would expect, including operating facilities, x-ray and ultrasound.

They are looking for an experienced vet surgeon who is comfortable with working sole charge, however they would also consider someone that needs a little confidence building to help feel comfortable with sole charge. They are happy to support CPD and certificates. You will be working with a small and supportive team of three nurses and three support staff. They have lovely clients who are all very engaged and want to do what is best for their pets.

Our client believes in investing in their staff, facilities, and the well-being of clients and their beloved pets. They take pride in their achievements and reputation within the veterinary profession. They have operating facilities, x-ray and ultrasound, as well as visiting specialists in dermatology, abdominal ultrasound, cardiology, orthopaedics and manual therapy / sports massage. They have a very reasonable working day - first appointments are at 8:30am and they try not to book after 5pm. There are no OOHs or weekends.

You will find a cosy practice in a quaint village located on the Herts-Essex border right next to the M11, making the practice easily commutable from London and the surrounding areas. Surrounded by picturesque countryside, it offers a tranquil escape with its scenic walks, traditional pubs, and local shops. The village retains a sense of rural charm while being conveniently close to major transport routes and amenities.

Role:

• Salary up to £65,000 DOE

• Full and part-time applications welcome
• No weekends or OOHs
