Role Overview

• Be the face of Emergency and Critical Care services: Receptionists are the first point of contact during emergencies, handling calls, greeting clients, and managing financial transactions.
• Provide updates: Relay information to the veterinary team about patients enroute to the clinic or clients in need of assistance.
• Handle administration duties: Perform administrative tasks accurately.

Working pattern

Week 1: Tuesday from 19:00 to 23:00, Wednesday from 19:00 to 23:00, Saturday from 18:00 to 00:00 and Sunday from 18:00 to 00:00.

Week 2: Thursday from 19:00 to 23:00.

Week 3: Tuesday from 19:00 to 23:00, Wednesday from 19:00 to 23:00, Saturday from 12:00 to 18:00 and Sunday from 09:00 to 18:00.

Week 4: Wednesday from 19:00 to 23:00 and Thursday from 19:00 to 23:00.

Plus, a fair share of bank holidays.
