If you enjoy providing great service and working in a team, we have just the opportunity for you at our Middlesbrough Cleveland Park Vets4Pets practice.

What Your Typical Day Will Look Like

Your focus is to provide an exceptional service to our clients and the best care possible to their pets, acting as a link between clients and the clinical team. Building strong relationships with clients, their pets, and the practice team is essential for your success.

Your excellent client service during visits will ensure their satisfaction and encourage them to look forward to their next visit. You will greet clients, offer support, guidance, and expertise, manage payments, and handle future bookings confidently. Coordinating daily routines using our online booking system requires good computer literacy.

This is a part-time role working 25 to 35 hours per week, including 1 in 3 Saturdays. Please note, this is a fixed-term position to cover maternity leave starting September 2025.
