We are hiring for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team!
We're looking for an enthusiastic person with a passion for customer service to join our fantastic team! This is a part-time position based at our Newbury and Tadley branches, with potential travel to Thatcham.
Main responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
Our receptionists focus on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the clients' experience is exceptional.
Ideally, you will have strong organisational skills, good communication abilities, be confident with IT systems, flexible to work different shifts including some weekends on a rota basis, and have prior experience in a customer service role.
This is a part-time, permanent role with shifts from 2 pm to 7 pm on Fridays and 8 am to 4 pm on Saturdays.
Donnington Grove Veterinary Group is a busy Equine Hospital based in Newbury, Berkshire. Our main hospital has RCVS Tier 3 status and is located in a thriving town with many restaurants, just a 45-minute train journey to London Paddington. Situated on the edge of the North Wessex Downs AONB, it offers beautiful countryside for walks with your pets. Our branches at Tadley and Thatcham are nearby and fully equipped for surgical procedures and digital diagnostics.
