CVS Vets is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist at Riverside Veterinary Centre in Livingston, with cover at Armadale and Bathgate. Permanent, 38 hours per week, Monday–Friday 08:30–18:00 and a Saturday rota.
Location primarily Livingston with cross-site coverage. You will manage calls, appointments, client greetings, insurance forms, medications and payments using the in-house system, requiring empathy, resilience and strong communication.

Location: To be based primarily at our Livingston site, but will also include cover at our Armadale and Bathgate sites too
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 38 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday between 08.30 – 18.00 and a share in the Saturday 08.30 – 16.00 rota
