Job summary

CVS Veterinary Group is seeking a Small Animal Vet with an interest in Ophthalmology for Seadown, a first opinion small animal hospital with a certificate-led Ophthalmology service. The role supports eye testing for BVA/ISDS and 24-hour on-site nursing for admitted eye cases.

The ideal candidate is enrolled in or has completed cert in Veterinary Ophthalmology and is open to general small animal duties. Part-time (20 hours) or full-time (up to 40 hours) with weekend/OOH on discussion.

Qualifications

• Enrolled for or have completed a Certificate in Veterinary Ophthalmology.
• Willingness to carry out some general first opinion SA work.

Responsibilities

• Provide ophthalmology services and related care for small animals.
• Contribute to general first opinion SA duties as needed.
• Participate in weekend and out-of-hours shifts as discussed.
