Our renowned excellence in offering the highest levels of patient care at DNA Vetcare continues to grow, and a bespoke designed referral service will soon be opening in Southwest London. We are offering an extraordinary opportunity to join a brand-new, state-of-the-art, advanced vet care practice with immediate referrals available from our strong, independent team.

As an independent, vet-owned group of surgeries, we are coming together with industry leaders in many disciplines who share our vision of delivering gold-standard advanced care in a supportive, progressive, and well-resourced environment.

Why Join Us?
  • Cutting-Edge Facilities – Work with the latest, newly purchased ophthalmic technology in a purpose-built hospital designed to set new standards in veterinary care.
  • Elite Team – Collaborate with a carefully selected group of leading specialists and certificate holders across multiple disciplines, ensuring outstanding patient outcomes.
  • Focus on Excellence – We are dedicated to providing the highest standards of care, with clinical autonomy and a commitment to continuous advancement.
  • Work-Life Balance – A long-serving, dedicated night team handles out-of-hours care, allowing you to focus on what you do best during the day. Our standard full-time rota is a 4-day week.
  • Independence & Integrity – Free from corporate constraints, we are driven by patient care, not profits. Your clinical expertise and judgment will always come first.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Certificate-holder or above in Veterinary Ophthalmology (European/RCVS/ACVO Diplomates highly desirable).
  • Expertise in cataract surgery and a full range of ophthalmic procedures.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
  • Passion for clinical excellence and ongoing professional development.

This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to be part of something truly special. If you’re ready to shape the future of veterinary ophthalmology referrals in London in an exceptional, independent setting, we want to hear from you.
