The hospital boasts seven consultation rooms, a dedicated end-of-life room, three theatres, separate dog and cat wards, isolation facilities, a fully equipped dental suite, diagnostics suite, and a digital X‑ray room. The thoughtfully designed, modern staff areas ensure a supportive and comfortable working environment as we continue to invest in the future of veterinary care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary Coordination: Optimise appointment bookings to support efficient workflow.
  • Client Communication: Manage incoming chat queries, providing accurate and timely guidance.
  • Call Handling: Offer friendly, professional support to owners contacting the clinic by phone.
  • Pharmacy Support: Assist with prescription requests and medication dispensing, maintaining excellent stock control.
  • Administrative Support: Handle tasks related to patient journeys, including insurance queries and case follow‑ups.
  • Client Concerns Management: Address and resolve client queries or issues early.
  • Line Management: Provide leadership support to the client services team.
  • Reception Duties: Manage clients face‑to‑face and via digital and telephone communication channels.
What We’re Looking For:

  • Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
  • A calm, compassionate problem‑solver
  • Someone who enjoys working closely with clients and supporting clinical teams
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences

  • 40‑hour week across 5 days (Monday – Friday)
  • Hours between 08:00 – 17:00
  • Non‑clinical role
  • No weekends
