Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join the VPG team in Hitchin, UK. In this role, you will handle frontline support for veterinary clients via phone and email, manage orders, and coordinate data across LIMS and ERP systems.

You will work closely with Laboratory Operations, Pathology, and Logistics to ensure accurate data entry and a seamless customer experience. The role requires at least 1 year in customer service, preferably in veterinary diagnostics or a technical setting,

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; veterinary diagnostics or laboratory environment desirable.
• Experience using CRM/LIMS systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer support via phone and email to veterinary clients.
• Document interactions in CRM/LIMS systems and ensure data quality.
• Process orders, billing inquiries, and maintain accurate client accounts.
