Qualifications

• Proven sales or customer care experience.
• Background in veterinary, animal health or professional education is desirable.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and organized with pipeline discipline.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by following up on warm inbound inquiries and engaging with clients to grow sales revenue.
• Build relationships with veterinary practice managers and professionals across the UK.
• Record and track sales leads, pipeline activity and key client interactions using the CRM.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams on campaigns and launches.
• Represent the brand at industry conferences and events, with occasional weekend support.
