Prospect Health is representing a well-established independent small animal practice in Swindon seeking a Veterinary Surgeon. The role offers a mix of branch work and central hospital exposure with flexibility for full-time or part-time hours and a 4-day week option.

Deliver high‑quality care across multiple sites, manage a varied caseload including consultations and surgery, and collaborate with a wide clinical team while maintaining strong patient and client care standards.

Qualifications

• BVSc or equivalent qualification recognised in the UK.
• RCVS registration (or eligibility).
• Experience in small animal practice.
• Confident in both medicine and surgery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality first-opinion veterinary care across multiple sites.
• Manage a varied caseload including consultations and surgery.
• Work across branch practices with rotation across additional sites.
• Undertake some sole charge responsibilities depending on location.
• Collaborate with a wider clinical team and hospital-based colleagues.
• Maintain excellent standards of patient and client care.
