Noble Futures | Specialist Recruitment for the Animal and Agricultural Related Industries is seeking a Veterinary CPD Sales Executive in Swindon. The role blends clinical insight with commercial activity to promote training programmes, postgraduate certificates, and practical learning modules.

You will drive growth by engaging veterinary clients, building lasting partnerships, and managing the sales lifecycle. This hybrid role offers a 9-month FTC and benefits including pension and gym access.

Responsabilidades

• Drive business growth by following up on warm inbound inquiries and engaging with clients to grow sales revenue.
• Build relationships with veterinary practice managers and professionals across the UK.
• Record and track sales leads, pipeline activity and key client interactions using the CRM.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams on campaigns and launches.
• Represent the brand at industry conferences and events, with occasional weekend support.

As a Veterinary CPD Sales Executive, you will play a central role in driving business growth by promoting an industry-leading portfolio of training programmes, postgraduate certificates, and practical learning modules.

Location: Swindon (Hybrid)

Contract: 9 Month FTC

The Role:

• Drive Business Growth: Proactively follow up on warm inbound enquiries and engage with new and existing veterinary clients to grow sales revenue and overall basket spend.
• Build Relationships: Foster strong, lasting partnerships with veterinary practice managers, clinical directors, and individual veterinary professionals across the UK.
• Manage the Sales Lifecycle: Record and track sales leads, pipeline activity, and key client interactions using the internal CRM system.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Global Sales Manager, Operations, and Marketing teams to align campaigns, product launches, and field readiness.
• Event Representation: Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events (with occasional weekend support) to represent the brand.

The Successful Candidate:

• Proven Sales or Customer Care Experience: A track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets, managing client portfolios, or converting leads in a fast-paced environment.
• Industry Experience or Interest: Background within the veterinary, animal health, or professional education sector is highly desirable (e.g., RVN, Practice Manager, or Vet Sales).
• Commercial Mindset: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a customer-centric focus.
• Self-Motivated & Organised: Comfortable managing a pipeline, prioritising tasks, and driving proactive outreach.
