We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Clinical Nursing Manager to join our multi-site team such as Winchmore Hill, Highgate, Garden Suburb, Highbury and Palmers Green. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you'll be empowered to guide, support and mentor our experienced RVN and client care teams to deliver the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient care.
Winchmore Hill is a Primary Care Veterinary hospital, whilst not 24 hour, we do have a night team to look after our patients together with a dental suite. Highbury & Garden are smaller primary care practices that have a very devoted long standing customer base.

The role:
- Working closely with the Clinical Director and other senior team members to spot opportunities and embed changes that enable your team to deliver the highest quality clinical and operational standards
- Leading a team of 11 direct reports across 3 sites supporting the team with training and development and providing leadership in day to day requirements.
- Using your clinical skills and knowledge to provide the team with supportive guidance across varied and complex cases and procedures.
- Being part of the Senior Leadership Team you will be the voice for the nursing team whilst adhering to clinical standards and patient safety and care.
The team:Primarily based at our Winchmore Hill site, you'll also be responsible for the team in Highbury and Garden. There's a broad range of experience across the team but one key thing brings us together - our pride in our exceptional reputation. We're dedicated to driving clinical and service excellence, but we ensure we also have lots of opportunities to come together for team activities, some of our recent events have included 'around the world food day'
What we're looking for:- Management and leadership experience
- Clinical experience to enable coaching and mentoring of the team.
