We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate customer service individual to join our Client Care team at our branch in Sandhole, Kent. This role will give you the opportunity to develop your skills in a client-facing role. We are recruiting for a new team member for a permanent part-time position of 23.5 hours per week.

The role:

The Client Care Associate plays a pivotal part of the team on reception, providing excellent service to our clients. In this role, you will work in a team to provide the highest levels of customer service and administrative support to the branch. This includes arranging appointments, maintaining accurate records, performing clerical duties related to patient care and treatment, and facilitating effective communication between clients, veterinary surgeons, nursing teams, and the practice manager.

As well as delivering excellent customer service, the role includes:

The team:

Sandhole Veterinary Centre is a supportive, community-driven first opinion practice based in Snodland, Kent. Our friendly Client Care team welcomes clients and patients. We are proud to hold the RWAF Rabbit Friendly Vets award and the ISFM Cat Friendly Clinic Accreditation. Our team includes Registered Veterinary Nurses, Veterinary Surgeons, and Patient Care Assistants, all supporting the Client Care team.
