Job summary

Mill House Vets, part of inspiring vet care, is seeking a Veterinary Care Assistant to join on a full-time basis in King's Lynn. The role supports the clinical team in delivering high-quality patient and client care and helps maintain a safe, well‑run practice with 24-hour hospitalisation facilities.

You will work under a Veterinary Surgeon or RVN, assist with inpatient care, patient handling, and maintain cleanliness, equipment and test samples in a busy veterinary environment.

Qualifications

• Support the clinical team to deliver high standards of patient and client care.
• Assist with inpatient care, handling and restraint, and maintain cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Support Veterinary Surgeons and RVNs with patient care.
• Assist with patient handling and restraint.
• Maintain clean and sterile clinical areas and equipment.
• Run laboratory tests and prepare samples.
