No prior care experience is required; comprehensive training, two weeks classroom, supported shifts, and ongoing guidance are provided.

Qualifications

• Qualities developed in military service and transferable to residential childcare.
• Must be able to build positive relationships with children and young people.
• Willingness to undertake sleep-in duties and follow structured routines.
