Bright Leaf Recruitment is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon for maternity cover in Nottingham. The role suits vets with small animal experience, able to handle consultations and routine surgery, with dedicated time for follow-ups and investigations.

The practice offers a supportive environment, flexible full-time or part-time hours, a 8:30am–6pm day, a 1:3 Saturday rota, and no out-of-hours or bank holiday shifts. Salary up to £65,000 FTE plus benefits.

Qualifications

• RCVS registered or eligible to register in the UK.
• Experience in small animal practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage consultations and routine surgery for small animals.
• Follow up results, inpatient care, and investigations.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.
