Job summary

Vital Healthcare is seeking a Warehouse Operative to ensure accurate stock levels, pick and pack orders for next-day delivery, and conduct cycle counts as required.

The role requires at least 2 years of warehouse experience, basic numeracy, and attention to detail; forklift licence is desirable. You will work Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, with potential for weekend or after-hours work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years warehouse experience including goods in, put-away, pick, pack and dispatch.
• Forklift license is preferred.
• Good numerical skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Accurate order checking, picking, packing and dispatch of goods as per procedure.
• Goods inward, checking, sorting and put-away of products received.
• Report discrepancies to line manager without delay.
• Communicate effectively with all relevant departments.
• Maintain clean and safe storage environments; general housekeeping.
• Stock taking and regular cycle counting.
• Handle returns from customers.
• Participate in training as required; operate MHE/safe forklift handling (licence status).
