Job summary

Gleeson Homes is seeking a Skilled Site Labourer to join our team in Kirby-in-Ashfield. The role involves day-to-day tasks on site, including unloading deliveries, tidying the site, and assisting with occupier-related works.

You will report to the Site Manager and ensure safety and compliance across the development. Applicants should have prior labouring experience, hold an in-date CSCS card, and demonstrate reliability, self-motivation, and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist with unloading deliveries and moving materials.
• Keep site tidy and manage storage of materials.
• Support in cleaning the site canteen and welfare facilities.
• Clear properties prior to occupation and report any issues to the Site Manager.
• Maintain site security and comply with safety rules and PPE requirements.
• Raise concerns about sub-contractors leaving sites in poor condition.
