Job summary

Gleeson Homes in Sutton-in-Ashfield is seeking a Labourer to join the site team. You will carry out general duties under the Site Manager, from unloading deliveries to keeping the site clean and secure.

The ideal candidate will have previous labouring experience, a valid CSCS card, and be self-motivated, flexible and reliable. Training will be provided as required, and all PPE is supplied. We offer competitive benefits and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Previous labouring experience.
• In-date CSCS card.
• Willing to attend additional training as required.
• Self-motivated, flexible and reliable.
• Evidence of qualifications to bring to interview.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries and keep the site tidy and secure.
• Assist in cleaning site facilities and staff welfare areas.
• Help clear properties prior to occupation and maintain storage of materials.
• Report any safety concerns or damages to the Site Manager.
• Maintain site security and comply with health and safety rules.
