Job summary
Gleeson Homes is seeking a reliable labourer to join our site team. You will support the Site Manager with unloading deliveries, site housekeeping, and safety compliance, ensuring materials are stored securely and the work areas are kept tidy.
The role requires a valid CSCS card, willingness to undertake training, and a proactive, flexible attitude. You’ll contribute to a safe, productive building environment across developments, with opportunities for development within Gleeson Homes.
Qualifications
- Previous labouring experience.
- CSCS card held and valid.
- Willing to attend training as required.
- Self-motivated, flexible and reliable.
- Able to work with health and safety rules.
Responsibilities
- Assist with unloading deliveries and site upkeep.
- Keep site tidy and materials stored securely.
- Assist in cleaning canteen and welfare facilities.
- Report damage and PPE non-compliance.
- Carry out basic maintenance tasks as needed.
- Ensure site security and safety compliance.
