Job summary

Teaching Personnel is actively seeking enthusiastic Primary Teachers to cover across Skipton and surrounding areas. You will deliver engaging lessons, follow school policies and support pupil progression.

Open to experienced teachers, ECTs or newly qualified, with access to flexible supply, long-term and permanent roles. A local consultant will support your placements and CPD opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Two professional references covering the last two years.
• Passion for supporting children's learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2.
• Follow school policies and curriculum plans.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
