Job summary

Teaching Personnel is currently seeking enthusiastic Primary Teachers to work across a variety of welcoming primary schools in Skipton and the surrounding areas. You will deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, and follow school policies to support a positive learning environment.

Flexible supply, long-term and permanent opportunities are available, with competitive weekly pay through PAYE and dedicated local consultant support. Access to transport is desirable.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Two professional references covering the last two years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2.
• Follow school policies and curriculum plans.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
