Job summary

Elements Kitchens Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a reliable, multi-skilled maintenance operative to join a small, friendly team. The role involves remedial, guarantee and general maintenance works, as well as kitchen rip-outs and assisting with on-site tasks.

You will work independently or as part of a team, maintain a clean, safe working environment and support other trades on site. Flexibility to undertake various tasks and meet deadlines is important.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled and practical, with good general building/maintenance experience.
• Reliable, hardworking and willing to get stuck in.
• Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Flexible and willing to take on different tasks and responsibilities.
• Customer-focused and takes pride in their workmanship.
• Able to work to a high standard and meet deadlines.
• Experienced in maintenance, remedial or general building work (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Carry out remedial and maintenance works to a high standard.
• Complete guarantee and snagging works.
• Carry out kitchen rip-outs and associated works.
• Assist other trades and colleagues on site when required.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Work professionally and respectfully in customers' homes and on building sites.
• Be flexible and willing to undertake other types of work as required.
