Job summary

Butlin's is hiring a Team Member Plus to work across the resort, supporting different teams and delivering a great guest experience. You'll spend Mondays and Fridays cleaning guest accommodation, with the rest of the week in areas like sports, restaurants, buffets, bars and the fairground.

There’s a comprehensive 90-day induction and a buddy to help you settle in. Live-in accommodation is available if you’re relocating, and you must be over 18.

Qualifications

• No previous experience is needed; attitude and energy matter.
• There will be a comprehensive 90-day induction with a buddy
• Apprenticeships are available (e.g., Food & Beverage Team Member Level 2, Frontline Cleaner Level 2, Retailer Level 2) during recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Work across the resort supporting different teams to deliver a great guest experience.
• Clean guest accommodation on Mondays and Fridays; other days cover areas like sports/activities, restaurants, buffets, bars, shops or the fairground.
• You may work in more than one area during a week.
