Job summary

Butlin's is seeking a Team Member Plus to energise the guest experience across the resort. You’ll rotate between teams, helping deliver high-quality service in accommodation, sports, dining, entertainment and the fairground, with a friendly, can-do attitude.

Expect a comprehensive 90-day induction and opportunities through apprenticeships; evenings and weekends are included as part of the role, with live-in accommodation available if relocating.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; attitude and energy matter most.
• Willingness to get stuck in and make a difference to guests.

Responsibilities

• Work across the resort supporting different teams to deliver a fantastic guest experience.
• Clean guest accommodation on Mondays and Fridays.
• Duties may include areas such as sports & activities, restaurants, buffets, bars, shops and the fairground.
• There may be times you’ll work in more than one area.
