Job summary

Butlin's in Minehead is seeking a Team Member Plus to support different resort teams and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You’ll typically clean guest accommodation on Mondays and Fridays, with the rest of the week taking you into sports & activities, dining, bars, shops, and the fairground.

There’s a strong emphasis on attitude and energy, with a 90-day induction and buddy support to help you settle in. Apprenticeships are available for those interested in developing within hospitality.
