The role offers an hourly salary of £23.00-£26.00, a 45-hour week and ongoing training with clear career progression in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Multi Skilled Bodyshop Technician in a busy accident repair centre.
• NVQ/VCQ/SVQ/ATA or City & Guilds qualification.
• Ability to perform high-quality body repairs from start to finish.
• Knowledge of modern vehicle repair techniques.
• Attention to detail with pride in workmanship.
• Stable employment history and team-focused attitude.
• ATA accreditation is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out high-quality body repairs from start to finish.
• Repair warranty, transit-damaged and used vehicles using manufacturer-approved repair methods.
• Complete panel repairs, preparation and refinishing where required.
• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and bodyshop quality standards.
• Work efficiently within a busy, fast-paced accident repair centre.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Work closely with the wider bodyshop team to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
