Job summary

The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama wishes to appoint a versatile and enthusiastic Venue Technician to assist the Technical Operations Manager in delivering high quality technical support for a wide range of internal and external performances and events.

The Venue Technician will work across the college's performance spaces, bringing experience of working in busy arts and events venues, with a bias towards lighting.

Qualifications

• Experience in busy arts or events venue.
• Strong skills in LX, with knowledge of other disciplines.
• Able to support hybrid events and recording is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality technical support for internal and external events.
• Assist Technical Operations Manager in delivering technical services.
• Support lighting, sound and AV requirements as needed.
