Their venue sourcing teams handle small to large-scale complex venue and accommodation bookings globally, maintaining dedicated and long-standing client and venue partnerships.

The role

This management role reports to the Operations Director and involves overseeing the daily operations of the busy venue sourcing team. Responsibilities include ensuring processes, SLAs, and timeframes are met, handling initial sourcing inquiries from new stakeholders, maintaining venue knowledge and new openings, attending client review meetings, and ensuring client retention and margin targets. You will also be involved hands-on with large-scale inquiries, delivering venue options and proposals.

About you

We seek a candidate with a venue finding or event management background, good knowledge of the venue sourcing process, and experience working with strict client processes. Line management and supervisory experience are essential, along with a strong network and knowledge of suppliers, venues, and destinations worldwide.
