Merkur Slots UK Limited in Rochdale is seeking a Venue Manager to lead a busy gaming venue, maximise sales and deliver outstanding customer service with your team. You’ll shape the guest experience, drive standards and ensure the venue runs smoothly.

The role offers a salary of £36,340.20 per annum plus bonus opportunities, a 45-hour week and a focus on development, reporting, budgeting and high standards of presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team in retail, hospitality or gambling.
• Experience with management reporting and administration.
• Ability to work to budgeted targets.
• Flexibility to work day and night shifts if venue is 24-hour operations.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the performance and profitability of a licensed gaming centre.
• Marketing, promotional activities and events are delivered correctly.
• Cash/assets are controlled and any risk of loss is minimised.
• Monitor and analyse machine income levels and achieve KPIs and audits.
• Ensure health and safety practices and maintain high standards of presentation.
