Little Vegas - Northampton is recruiting a Venue Manager to drive outstanding customer service and lead a team in a fast-paced entertainment venue in the UK. You will set standards, manage daily operations, and ensure profitability while delivering a memorable experience for guests.

The ideal candidate will be professionally presented, able to motivate staff, and flexible to work days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Previous hospitality or gaming venue experience is preferred.

Salary Details: Up to £35,000 per year plus Bonus
