Job summary

Away Resorts Ltd. is seeking a Venue Cleaner to keep our UK resort venues sparkling each morning. You will clean central areas, toilets, arcade spaces and guest touchpoints, ensuring a welcoming, high-standard environment for guests and staff alike.

This permanent, 40-hour/week role requires a sharp eye for detail and a friendly, team-focused attitude to maintain comfort and cleanliness across busy public areas.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the morning clean of central areas including Arcade, toilets, Guest Services and nearby outdoor spaces.
• Clean and maintain floors, surfaces, desks, arcade machines and guest touchpoints.
• Sweep, mop, wipe and present areas neatly and well presented.
• Empty and check bins around central areas.
• Clean and restock guest toilets and ensure they're ready for the day.
• Spot and report any issues needing maintenance to Guest Services.
• Help maintain high standards enjoyed by guests and owners daily.

Who are we?

We’re not your average holiday company. Our guests come to our UK resorts to experience a world away from the day-to-day and our job is to surprise and delight them at every turn.

You’ll help us get the heart of the park looking its best each morning, making sure our central areas are clean, fresh and ready to welcome our guests.

• Carrying out the morning clean of our central areas, including the Arcade, toilets, Guest Services and surrounding outdoor areas.
• Cleaning and maintainingfloors, surfaces, desks, arcade machines and other guest touchpoints.
• Sweeping, mopping, wiping down and generally making sure everything looks clean, tidy and well presented.
• Emptying and checkinginternal and external binsaround the central areas.
• Cleaning and restocking ourguest toilets, making sure they’re ready for the day ahead.
• Keeping an eye out for anything that doesn’t look quite right and giving it some attention.
• Reporting any maintenance issues, damage or jobs that need doing to the Guest Services team.
• Helping us maintain the high standards we want our guests and owners to see every day.
