Job summary

Pairs is seeking a Venture Partner to bring in companies worth our diligence and to grow the network of investors who back them directly. You will operate across both sides, opening new relationships every month with family offices, high-net-worth individuals and angels, while presenting compelling opportunities to our investors.

This fully remote, asynchronous role offers direct access to the co-founders and our investor team, live mandates from week one, and visibility into how we screen deal

Qualifications

• Active network of founders you can bring to the table yourself.
• Direct investor relationships you built personally.
• Experience bringing at least one company or investor into a private round.
• Ability to assess what makes a company worth an investor's time (stage, traction, round structure).
• Ability to maintain discretion and avoid naming specific investors or companies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and bring in new opportunities (Series A+).
• Grow and manage relationships with family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and angels.
• Match opportunities to what each investor seeks to ensure relevance.
• Maintain and qualify founders and investors you bring in, keeping them updated.
