Job summary

PeakSeek is seeking an Associate to join the team in the UK with a focus on sourcing and evaluating opportunities across venture capital and startups. You will support the investment strategy and help strengthen the firm's presence in the ecosystem.

You will perform market analysis, due diligence, and investment recommendations, developing perspectives on AI and high-growth sectors while aiding portfolio companies and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in VC/CVC, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Strategy Consulting, or startup/scale-up.
• Strong analytical and financial skills to assess businesses, markets and opportunities.
• Genuine interest in technology and innovation, particularly AI and emerging technologies.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with an entrepreneurial, proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Support the UK investment strategy and strengthen the firm's presence in the venture capital and startup ecosystem.
• Source and evaluate opportunities, including market analysis, due diligence, recommendations and transaction execution.
• Develop investment perspectives around AI, emerging technologies and high-growth sectors.
• Support portfolio companies and partnerships, identifying growth, collaboration and commercial impact.
