Job summary

United Media in London is seeking a Venture Development Manager to run, grow and manage all aspects of the business. You will recruit and lead a world-class team, oversee conferences, and execute rapid strategy to scale the company. You will foster a strong brand and drive commercial growth in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in top-tier environments and a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred). UK, EU or US work permit is required.

Qualifications

4+ years’ experience in high-speed, high-ethic environments (e.g., management consulting, investment banking, top-tier corporate or start-up).
Strong commercial awareness and a passion for business.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Build an ecosystem and deliver outstanding products.
Set clear expectations, establish goals, and provide ongoing feedback and evaluations.
