Job summary

HRtechX Ltd. seeks a venture development leader to drive growth, scale operations and manage a world-class team in a fast-paced startup environment in London.

You will shape strategy, oversee conferences, and expand the brand through partnerships and client growth. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in fast-moving environments, a strong business sense, outstanding communication, and eligibility to work in the UK/EU/US.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience from a high-speed environment (e.g., management consulting, investment banking, top-tier corporate or start-up).
• Bachelor’s degree with outstanding results, MBA optional.
• Strong commercial awareness and a passion for business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven track record delivering results. UK, EU or US work permit.
