Job summary

Agora Talent Ltd in London is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to join a venture debt advisory team. You will work across live debt transactions, performing financial modelling, credit analysis and preparing lender materials.

We look for 1–3 years in Investment Banking, with experience in Leveraged Finance, Debt Advisory, Acquisition Finance, or M&A. The role offers direct client exposure, a collaborative environment, and hybrid work with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years within Investment Banking.
• Experience across Leveraged Finance, Debt Advisory, Acquisition Finance, Financial Sponsors, Restructuring or M&A.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to take responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Financial modelling and credit analysis on live debt transactions.
• Assess leverage, cash flows and debt capacity to support structuring and financing.
• Prepare high-quality transaction and lender materials.
• Company, sector and market analysis to inform financing decisions.
• Support due diligence and lender processes.
• Work directly with founders, CFOs and financing partners.
