Responsibilities

• Sourcing & origination — identify and research prospective borrowers and build a strong pipeline.
• Due diligence — conduct commercial, financial, and market analysis including financial modelling and benchmarking.
• Investment memos — draft clear investment memoranda and present findings to the committee.
• Deal execution — support structuring, term-sheet prep, and documentation through to close.
• Portfolio monitoring — track performance, covenants and metrics and flag risks.
• Relationship building — grow relationships with VCs, founders, advisers and co-investors.
