Job summary

TechCredit Partners, based in Greater London, is seeking a high-calibre Analyst for a full-time hybrid role. As a core team member, you will directly engage with founders and CFOs on live mandates, taking ownership of key responsibilities including preparing lender materials and conducting financial modelling.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in Investment Banking or a related field, advanced Excel skills, and meticulous attention to detail. This position offers immediate responsibility on substantial transactions and opportunities for accelerated development.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in Investment Banking, Big 4 Transactions, Private Credit, or a related field.
• Clear understanding of debt structures, credit metrics, and leverage dynamics.
• Exposure to acquisition financing, roll-ups, or direct lending is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Preparing institutional-quality lender materials (teasers, IMs, debt decks).
• Structuring clear and compelling credit narratives.
• Financial modelling and leverage analysis.
• Managing data rooms and diligence workflows.
• Conducting sector and lender research.
• Supporting internal strategic initiatives.
