• 4+ years' PQE at a leading UK or international law firm.
• Strong experience in venture capital, growth equity and corporate M&A.
• Exposure to technology, consumer, fintech or life sciences clients.
• Direct client contact and business development opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Advise on venture capital and growth equity investments.
• Lead Series A through later-stage funding rounds.
• Handle domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.
• Counsel founders, management teams and investors on strategic matters.
• Provide general corporate advisory services for emerging and growth-stage businesses.
