Qualifications

• 5+ years in project or programme management within biotech or regulated life sciences.
• Experience supporting cross-functional clinical development programmes.
• Strong understanding of clinical development, regulatory, manufacturing and vendor management.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with ownership.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain integrated programme plans, timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, quality and commercial teams.
• Drive programme governance, planning meetings and executive reporting.
• Monitor risks, dependencies and budgets, escalating issues as needed.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and development partners.
• Prepare concise updates, dashboards and board-level materials.
• Help build scalable programme management processes as the organisation grows.
