Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking a Technical Sales Manager - Ventilation Products to drive new business in social housing and local authorities across the North East & Yorkshire. You will manage a well-established area, focusing on new relationships and expanding existing accounts to secure projects from offices to hotels.

The role offers £50,000-£60,000 base, uncapped 1.5% commission on all sales and a discretionary annual bonus (£6,000-£10,000).

Qualifications

• Must have sold to social housing, local authorities and housing associations.
• Open in terms of what products you've sold.
• Would consider an M&E consultant / contractor rep.

Responsibilities

• Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of ventilation products and systems.
• All of your time will be spent focusing on and selling to social housing, local authorities and housing associations on both new build & refurbishment projects such as: office blocks, apartment blocks, hotels, student accommodation etc as well as get involved with associated commercial projects.
• Inheriting a well-established area turning over circa £1m-£1.5m
• Majority of your time will be focused on generating new business relationships and getting more from neglected existing accounts
• Dealing with typical projects of around £50k - £500k depending on the size of the project
