We are currently seeking a Ventilation Operative to join our dedicated team, covering the South East and London area. If you enjoy working across various sites and providing excellent customer service and leadership skills in person, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities Include:

• Cleaning kitchen extract systems and ventilation
• Fire damper testing and maintenance

• Undertaking all works as instructed by the site supervisor
• Completing accurate timesheets, breaking down working hours, and submitting for review and approval to the senior contract manager
• Adhering to all company Health and Safety Procedures
• Performing site-based works at various locations and hours, often outside normal business hours
• Carrying out manual duties such as cleaning, working in confined spaces, at heights, in contaminated environments, and with specialist plant and machinery. The company provides training, equipment, and health monitoring where needed.

Requirements:

• Ability to pass BPSS high security clearance vetting
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence held for at least 2 years
• Comfortable with manual handling
