Qualifications

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence held for a minimum of 2 years.

We are currently seeking a Ventilation Operative to join our dedicated team, covering the South East and London area. If you enjoy working across various sites and providing excellent customer service and leadership skills in person, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

• Working Hours: Full-time, permanent role, working 40 hours per week. You will be expected to work a mixture of day shift (9am until 5pm) and night shift (11pm to 7am) depending on customer needs

Responsibilities Include:

• Cleaning kitchen extract systems/ ventilation
• Fire damper testing and maintenance.

• Operatives are to undertake all works as instructed by the site supervisor,
• Completing accurate timesheets, breaking down working hours and submit for review and approval to the senior contract manager,
• Adhere to all company Health and Safety Procedures,
• Site based works will be undertaken at various locations and at varying hours. Working outside of normal business hours is common for this role,
• Staff will be expected to undertake manual duties during their works, such as but not limited to cleaning, working in confined spaces, working at heights, working in contaminated environments and working with specialist plant and machinery. The company will provide specialist training, equipment and health monitoring where required

Requirements:

• Be able to pass BPSS high security clearance vetting
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence held for a minimum of 2 years
• Comfortable with manual handling
