BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Master Data Specialist - Vendors to join our finance team at the Hemel Hempstead office. The role focuses on accurate creation, maintenance and governance of supplier master data across SAP/Jaggaer and related systems.

Working with Procurement, Finance, Commercial and IT, you’ll support onboarding, data quality improvements and governance initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies and service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience with vendor master data and data governance.
• Knowledge of SAP/Jaggaer/COINS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set up new vendor accounts within SAP/Jaggaer/COINS/Rental Results according to policies and SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers for onboarding data.
• Review and maintain vendor master data for completeness and compliance.
• Act as custodian of vendor master data and governance controls.
• Generate management information, reports and KPI metrics on data quality.
