• Experience in vending, catering, hospitality or facilities services is desirable but not essential.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety procedures is beneficial.
• Pride in maintaining clean, welcoming and well-stocked environments.

Responsibilities

• Refill vending machines and vending fridges with approved products.
• Ensure correct product placement, pricing and labelling.
• Rotate stock and remove expired or damaged products.
• Carry out stock takes and monitor stock levels.
• Clean vending machines internally and externally.
• Service and clean coffee machines.
• Replenish coffee beans, tea, milk, cups and other kitchen consumables.
• Maintain micro kitchens and refreshment areas to the highest standards.
• Operate, load and unload dishwashers.
• Ensure vending fridges meet food safety, temperature and cleanliness standards.
• Respond promptly to customer requests and ad-hoc tasks.
• Report equipment faults and maintenance issues.
• Follow food safety, health & safety and company procedures at all times.
